Focusing on the donation of Karlheinz Kronberger of 169 works of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries offering Nice and the French Riviera.
The choices of the collector, mainly turned to small local and national masters, allow us to underline the role played by many painters in the process of maturation and growth of the territory as well as a vast selection of subjects, of lights and colors. The exhibition also represents an opportunity to emphasize the bonds of social relations between those who wintered, the good society of Nice and the artists with whom the identity of a territory is built.
