Riviera Ligure PDO Extra-virgin olive oil’s high quality highlighted at Leone d'Oro award assigned to Canaiella Company, located on the unspoilt hills of Legino near Savona.
Leone d’Oro is a very prestigious recognition: the Oil Masters consist of a small number of members who look for excellence. The contest, born in 1987, has been the first dedicated to Italian extra virgin olive oil. Prize rankings are the result of very careful and deep evaluations.
The prize for the delicate fruity category this year went to Canaiella, an organic extra-virgin olive oil with a rich, fruity and soft flavor.
A further proof that the effort to cultivate rugged Ligurian terraces pays off in terms of recognition and satisfaction!
