Traditional Tajarin Feast will take place in Casalgrasso at the end of September

The 9th edition of the Traditional Noodle Feast, dedicated to the Tajarin, one of the most appreciated recipes of the Piedmontese tradition, dressed with various sauces, will take place around the municipal castle in Casalgrasso (Cuneo, Italy).

On Friday (26th), Saturday (27th) night and on Sunday (28th), the home-made pasta called tajarin will be served with bagna caôda (garlic and anchovy sauce), game sauce, cream and salmon sauce, pesto (basil and pine nuts sauce). The meal will continue with suckling pig meat with potatoes, cheese and jam tart.

Folk music, dance shows and entertainments for kids are scheduled for the evening.
